Your accessing and/or using this Website constitutes your agreement to all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms listed below, you must exit this Website immediately, and you should not access this Website, or download or print any materials available at this Website. 

JSPA reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove any portion of this Agreement, in whole or in part, at any time in its sole and absolute discretion. Your continued use of this Website after any changes are made shall be deemed your acceptance of the changes. 

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DOES THIS WEBSITE, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, CORRESPONDENCE BY ANY MEANS TO OR FROM JSPA ESTABLISH OR INTEND TO ESTABLISH AN ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP BY USING THIS WEBSITE OR SENDING EMAIL TO ANY OF JSPA'S ATTORNEYS OR STAFF. JSPA is available for consultation regarding legal matters; however, the act of sending electronic or any other form of mail and/or correspondence to JSPA or making an online form submission does not alone create an Attorney-Client relationship.

JSPA is under no obligation to respond to your messages and correspondence, and if a response is given to such, it is done solely as a courtesy. No legal advice will be given over the Internet, by telephone, fax, or otherwise before an Attorney-Client relationship is established. The Attorney-Client privilege will not protect your message, as you do not have an Attorney-Client relationship with this office solely as a result of such an inquiry. The sole and exclusive venue for any disputes arising from the use of this Website shall be in Palm Beach County, Florida for all state court matters, and the Southern District of Florida for all federal court matters.
