Joseph's practice involves transactional work including commercial and residential real estate closings involving various property types from office buildings to mobile home parks to single family homes, a wide array of business transactions and related contracts, business formation and company documents including LLC operating agreements, commercial lease agreements including triple net (NNN) leases with large investment-grade corporations and civil litigation including evictions and breach of contract cases.

Joseph is a member of Attorneys’ Title Fund Services (The Fund), a division of Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and the largest title insurance underwriter in the State of Florida with membership limited only to Florida attorneys.  He is able to provide clients a full line of services necessary in real estate transactions from the contract for purchase and sale to performing the title examination and conducting the closing as well as handling post-closing matters.  Joseph is able to handle closings in any county in the State of Florida.
